5. TAB
TAB is an all-in-one solution for displaying information to your players. Want a clean, good-looking tab list? You’ve got it. Need a scoreboard? It’s built-in. TAB offers tons of extra features, all designed to enhance the player experience on your server. It comes with a pre-built showcase scoreboard and tablist, ready to be edited to your likings in TAB’s configuration files.
4. LuckPerms
Giving players OP is old-school—and honestly, dangerous. A much safer option is to use a permission management system like LuckPerms. With its powerful Web Editor, setting up ranks and permissions is quick and easy. You can even assign temporary permissions—what more could you want? We know that this sounds complicated, but LuckPerms does make it easier than ever.
3. FancyHolograms
Want cool flying texts like we do in our Lobby? Use something like FancyHolograms to create so called Holograms, it makes your server look better & sometimes its even better to read than a wall full of signs. It supports HEX Color codes (e.g. “<#FFFFFF>”) and the standard color codes (e.g. “&4”). It’s super easy to use and integrates well with FancyNPC. Time to level up those server displays!
2. FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE)
FastAsyncWorldEdit, also known as FAWE, is a must-have for any builder. Whether you’re terraforming, copying structures, or designing massive cities, FAWE makes it fast and smooth. It’s an essential tool for every modern Minecraft server looking to impress. Starting with FAWE although can be quite a ride, we would rate FAWE as a truly Advanced plugin and it requires a bunch of knowledge.
1. ViaVersion
Your Server is running an older Minecraft version like 1.21 and your friends cant connect because they use the newest version? It can be quite a shame but with ViaVersion this should be no issue. ViaVersion allows newer (or older versions with the plugins mentioned below) to connect! It does this through implementing some key workarounds for new blocks, entities and more. Full compatibility is also achieveable through combining it with ViaBackwards and ViaRewind, together they add backwards compatiblity down to minecraft version 1.7.x.
That was an amazing list, wasnt it? We think that these plugins can make your life as a server owner much easier, and your players will have more fun!
