The Agreement
By using BoxSRV or adding our Bot, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform to list and discovery Discord servers. These terms are governed by German law.

Service Provider
Scope of Service
BoxSRV operates a web platform and a Discord Bot for listing and ranking Discord servers.
Contractual relationship: By logging in via Discord OAuth and using the Service, a free usage contract is established between the user and the Provider. There is no legal claim to the permanent availability of the Service.
Third-Party Content: We only provide the platform. The content of the listed Discord servers is provided by third parties and does not represent the opinion of BoxSRV.
User Obligations
When listing a server or using our Service, you agree to follow these rules:
- No Illegal Content: Servers promoting illegal acts under German law (StGB) are strictly prohibited.
- Authority: You must have the necessary permissions (Administrator) on a Discord server to list it.
- No Misleading Data: Server descriptions and tags must be accurate and not misleading.
Discord Bot & Bumping
The "Bump" system is designed to provide fair visibility to active servers.
Anti-Cheat Policy
Any attempt to automate bumps using scripts, self-bots, or multiple accounts ("farming") is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to reset bump counts or blacklist servers that engage in such behavior.
Limitation of Liability
For Free Services: According to German Law (§ 521 BGB), as we provide our Service free of charge, the Provider is only liable for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit).
Data Loss: We perform regular backups, but we are not liable for the loss of user-generated content or server rankings.
External Links: We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked through server descriptions or Discord invites.
Final Provisions
Termination
We reserve the right to ban users or servers from our platform at any time without prior notice if these terms are violated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Hoyerswerda, Germany, provided the user is a merchant or has no permanent residence in Germany.
